Official process for Bangladeshi students
Apply to a Dutch university and receive an Unconditional Admission Letter.
The University initiates the TEV procedure (MVV and VVR) on your behalf.
Pay the tuition fees and living expenses deposit directly to the university's bank account.
Upload all required legal documents (Birth Cert, Passport, Financial proof) to the university portal.
Wait for the IND approval letter; then book an appointment at the Dutch Embassy to collect the MVV sticker.
Travel to the Netherlands and register at the local City Hall (Gemeente) to get your BSN.
Collect your biometric Residence Permit (VVR) card from the IND office.
